MAIN AUDITORIUM
Our Auditorium is our main seating area. It is 16 meters by 15 meters square and seats 265 people who all have a view to the stage. The area is closed off from all other areas for functions and conferences to take place without disturbance. The area is air conditioned to keep the temperature just right for the season and setting. It has a sound desk that can handle up to 20 ports for microphones, guitars, keyboards etc, and can record all events for your convenience. It also is accompanied by front and back projectors running through its own computer system that is ready to go for powerpoint presentations should this be required. The area has its own manageable lighting system to cater for your needs.
MAIN KITCHENOur Main Kitchen is off the Atrium and is set up to cater for big numbers. It has two serveries that keep the working area free from traffic. With two stoves tops, two ovens, a microwave, a four shelf warmer draw, along with ample bench top room this kitchen is ideal for all functions and ceremonies. The Main Kitchen has boiling water on hand at all times, along with an 8 Litre Kambrook Water Boiler for servicing tea and coffee. It comes with a separate fridge and freezer for your convenience, and a dishwasher/sterilizer for fast cleaning. This kitchen has all you need as far as pots, pans, cups, plates, bowls, jugs, and cutlery is concerned. It's basically ready to go when you are.
THE ATRIUMAs you enter through the main doors you come into the Atrium. This cafe style area is over 25 meters long and has eight cafe style tables and chairs in place, that is situated between the Auditorium and the Main Kitchen. At the front end of the Atrium are two couches for convenience, with a coffee table between. The area is perfect for setting up tables (provided) for serving food as a buffet, and seating guests or clients for eating, or for holding an audience for a smaller gathering.
GARDEN LOUNGEOur Garden Lounge is situated beside the Main Kitchen that serves directly into it. It has seven two seater couches surrounding a large coffee table that is completely private via large sliding doors that close it off from the Atrium. Used for multiple purposes such as small gatherings, private meetings, small conferences, one-on-one counselling sessions, or family meetings, this area is ideally suited to everyone. It is beautifully set out to create a pleasant atmosphere. It comes with a wall TV that has cromecast, DVD built in, and is laptop friendly. There is a portable whiteboard for teaching sessions. As an additional bonus, this lounge opens out to a fully fenced area that can be used for children.
BIG HALLOur Big Back Hall is a great space, fully carpeted and fully heated for all your comforts. It comes with a wall projector for connection to laptops, complete with two floor speakers to project all the sound you need. There are ten tables for use and 60 chairs to make the space a great place for workshop sessions. This space has a kitchen (additional hirage) that can be used for any catered function such as family birthdays, reunions, gatherings, or club days, and also has wheelchair access via the built in ramps that take you to the carpark area. There are two unisex toilets in the corridor area for convenience . The floor space = 112 m2
BACK KITCHENThe Back kitchen is a versaile. It is situated between the two Back Halls and is utilised by the Big Hall via a servery. It comes with two ovens, a stove top, a microwave oven, fridge/freezer, and a convientient table with chairs (six placements). There is a host of cups, plates, bowls and cutlery to cater for those morning & afternoon tea breaks, as well as pots and pans should they be required. The Back Kitchen is used for such events as cooking classes, or special occasions when a a kitchen is required.
SMALLER BACK HALLThe small back hall is ideal for all those groups that are looking for a place to call their own. It comes with 50 soft chairs for comfort and tables at request. It is fully heated and has wheelchair access via the built in ramps that take you to the carpark area. There are two unisex toilets in the corridor area next to the entrance. The Fellowship Room also has a kitchen (additional hirage) that can be used for any catered function such as family birthdays, reunions, gatherings, or club days.The floor space = 75m2
